Helios Power Solutions provides comprehensive after sales service and support for its products and systems.
Helios PS DC service department carries the responsibility of evaluating, servicing and repairing all of the products we manufacture (Innovative Energies legacy) and both the imported products and locally sourced products we supply.All products/systems have a warranty period, this varies by product, and is included in sales documentation.
Returned products are tracked using our Return Material Authorization system which forms an integral part of the feedback into our ISO9000 quality management system. This data allows us to track or discover trends that other suppliers may fail to see due to total replacement policies.
Our highly qualified service engineers perform repairs down to component level meaning expensive total replacement costs can, in most situations, be avoided.
All of our service staff are dedicated to complete customer satisfaction and our service manager can usually be contacted seven days a week.
Service engineers are also available for support as required on site and can be hired for commissioning services on larger and more complex systems if necessary.
